Susan was a tremendous help navigating what can be a crazy San Francisco real estate market. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and delivered a lot of great options for us to check out both within and slightly outside our requirement list, which really helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. She always asked thoughtful, helpful questions which really helped us stop and think through a lot of potential issues. She was able to get us contractors, inspectors, etc. to help us price out any renovation work we might have wanted/needed to do to a space to figure out if it could be the right fit for us. When it came down to offer time, Susan always got us a seat at the negotiating table and armed us with the exact information we needed to be competitive.
